📜 Terms of Service – AICPE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by AICPE (AICPE Educational Services Private Limited – CIN No. U80904MH2018PTC308606).
By accessing or using our website, services, or franchise system, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
🔹 1. About AICPE
AICPE is an autonomous private organization engaged in:
- Designing skill development course modules
- Providing training systems through franchise network
- Conducting assessments and issuing certificates
AICPE does not operate under any government scheme and does not receive government funding.
🔹 2. Acceptance & Updates of Terms
- These Terms apply to all users, including students, franchisees, and visitors
- AICPE reserves the right to modify Terms at any time
- Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication
Users are responsible for reviewing Terms periodically.
🔹 3. Nature of Services
AICPE provides:
- Skill-based course modules
- Training support through franchisees
- Examination and certification systems
Certifications are based on internal assessment and are not equivalent to any academic degrees.
🔹 4. Franchise Model & Responsibilities
🔸 4.1 Franchise Approval
- Franchise is granted only after document verification and approval
- AICPE may approve or reject applications at its discretion
🔸 4.2 Franchise Responsibilities
Franchisee shall:
- Provide infrastructure, trainers, and tools at own cost
- Conduct training and complete syllabus
- Ensure accuracy of student data
- Conduct admissions and examinations
AICPE is not responsible for operational management at franchise level.
🔹 5. Fees, Payments & Refund Policy
- Franchisee is free to decide course fees for students
- AICPE charges:
- Examination fee
- Website/service fee
⚠️ Important:
- All payments to AICPE are non-refundable
- Franchise wallet balance is non-withdrawable and non-refundable
- AICPE is not responsible for any refund to students
🔹 6. Certification & Examination
- Certificates are issued by AICPE based on:
- Data submitted by franchisee
- Successful completion of examination
- Certificate verification is available via official website
AICPE does not guarantee acceptance of certificates by employers or institutions.
🔹 7. No Job or Business Guarantee
- AICPE does not provide:
- Job placement guarantees
- Business success guarantees
- Income assurances
Any such claims made by franchisee are solely their responsibility.
🔹 8. Intellectual Property Rights
- All course content, modules, branding, and materials are the property of AICPE
- Franchisee is granted limited rights to use materials
❌ Restrictions:
- No modification of course content
- No unauthorized distribution
- No misuse of AICPE brand
🔹 9. Conduct & Compliance
Franchisee must:
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations
- Avoid misleading advertisements or false claims
- Maintain brand integrity
Failure may result in immediate termination.
🔹 10. Exclusivity & Competition
- Franchisee shall not conduct directly competing courses using similar materials under conflicting agreements where applicable
- However, franchisee may run other independent courses subject to infrastructure availability
🔹 11. Data Accuracy & Responsibility
- Franchisee is responsible for:
- Correct student data
- Photograph verification
- Identity details
AICPE shall not be liable for errors due to incorrect data submission.
🔹 12. Communication Policy
AICPE reserves the right to:
- Send SMS, emails, or notifications
- Communicate service-related updates
Franchisee must obtain consent from students for such communication.
🔹 13. Data & System Limitations
- AICPE uses digital systems and backup mechanisms
- However:
AICPE does not guarantee protection against data loss, technical failure, or system errors.
Franchisee must maintain independent records.
🔹 14. Limitation of Liability
AICPE shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Losses arising from franchise operations
- Student disputes or fee refunds
- Business losses or reputational damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid to AICPE.
🔹 15. Termination
AICPE reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate franchise access
- Disqualify any franchisee
Immediate termination may occur in case of:
- Breach of Terms
- Misrepresentation
- Malpractice
Franchisee may terminate by written/email communication.
🔹 16. Confidentiality
- All shared information must remain confidential
- Disclosure to third parties requires written consent
🔹 17. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes shall be governed by Indian laws
- Disputes will be resolved through arbitration under the
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
Decision of arbitrator shall be final and binding.

These Terms shall be governed by:
- Laws of India
- Jurisdiction: Nagpur, Maharashtra
🔹 19. General Disclaimer
AICPE is a self-dependent private organization engaged in skill development. It does not run any government scheme and does not guarantee that its certifications will be accepted by any government or private organization.

By using AICPE services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions stated herein.
