By accessing or using AICPE services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
🔹 1. DEFINITIONS
- AICPE / Franchisor: AICPE Educational Services Private Limited
- Franchisee / User: Any individual/entity using AICPE services
- Services: Courses, training modules, certification, and related systems
- Website: https://www.aicpeindia.org
🔹 2. ABOUT AICPE
AICPE is a private organization engaged in:
- Designing skill development courses
- Providing training through franchise network
- Conducting examinations and certification
AICPE is not a university and does not operate under any government scheme or funding.
🔹 3. ACCEPTANCE & MODIFICATION OF TERMS
- Terms apply to all users and franchisees
- AICPE may update Terms anytime
- Changes become effective immediately upon posting
Continued use implies acceptance of revised Terms.
🔹 4. NATURE OF SERVICES
AICPE provides:
- Skill-based course modules
- Training frameworks via franchisees
- Certification based on internal assessment
Certifications are not equivalent to academic degrees.
🔹 5. FRANCHISE GRANT & APPROVAL
- Franchise is granted after verification of documents and approval
- AICPE reserves the right to approve/reject any application
- Franchisee must be a legally valid entity
🔹 6. FRANCHISEE RESPONSIBILITIES
Franchisee shall:
- Arrange infrastructure, trainers, tools at own cost
- Conduct training and complete syllabus
- Manage student admission and records
- Ensure accuracy of student data
- Conduct examinations through AICPE system
AICPE is not responsible for franchise operations.
🔹 7. COURSE DELIVERY & QUALITY
- Franchisee must deliver training as per syllabus
- Must maintain quality and brand reputation
- Misleading claims or false promises are strictly prohibited
🔹 8. FEES, PAYMENTS & WALLET POLICY
- Franchisee decides course fees for students
- AICPE charges:
- Examination fee
- Service/portal fee
⚠️ Important:
- All payments to AICPE are non-refundable
- Wallet balance is non-withdrawable and non-refundable
- Franchisee is responsible for taxes and financial compliance
🔹 9. STUDENT MANAGEMENT
Franchisee is responsible for:
- Admission and registration
- Data accuracy
- Photograph verification
Certificates will be generated based on submitted data.
🔹 10. CERTIFICATION & VALIDITY
- Certificates issued after successful completion of course
- Verification available on official website
AICPE does not guarantee acceptance by any employer, institution, or government body.
🔹 11. NO JOB OR BUSINESS GUARANTEE
AICPE does not guarantee:
- Job placement
- Income
- Business success
Any such commitments made by franchisee are their sole responsibility.
🔹 12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All course content, branding, and materials belong to AICPE
- Franchisee cannot:
- Modify content
- Copy or distribute without permission
- Misuse brand name
🔹 13. BRAND USAGE
- Franchisee may use AICPE brand for marketing
- Must not mislead or damage brand reputation
🔹 14. DATA & SYSTEM LIMITATIONS
- AICPE uses digital systems and backups
However:
- No guarantee against data loss or system failure
- Franchisee must maintain backup records
🔹 15. COMMUNICATION POLICY
AICPE may send:
- Emails
- SMS
- Notifications
Franchisee must obtain consent from students.
🔹 16. CONFIDENTIALITY
- All shared information must remain confidential
- Disclosure requires written consent
🔹 17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
AICPE shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Student disputes or refunds
- Business losses
Liability is limited to amount paid to AICPE.
🔹 18. REFUND POLICY
- AICPE does not provide refunds
- Franchisee is responsible for student refunds
🔹 19. TERMINATION
AICPE may:
- Suspend or terminate franchise
- Disqualify without prior notice
Grounds:
- Violation of Terms
- Misrepresentation
- Malpractice
Franchisee may terminate via written communication.
🔹 20. EXAMINATION POLICY
- Exams must be conducted via AICPE system
- Re-examination may be conducted by franchisee
- Only successful students’ data to be submitted
🔹 21. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
- Both parties must follow applicable Indian laws
- Franchisee responsible for legal compliance
🔹 22. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All disputes shall be resolved under:
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Arbitration decision shall be final and binding
🔹 23. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
- Governed by laws of India
- Jurisdiction: Nagpur, Maharashtra
🔹 24. GENERAL DISCLAIMER
AICPE is a self-dependent private organization engaged in skill development. It does not run any government scheme and does not guarantee that its certifications will be accepted by any government or private organization.
🔹 25. ACCEPTANCE CLAUSE
By using AICPE services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms stated herein.
