By accessing or using AICPE services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

🔹 1. DEFINITIONS

  • AICPE / Franchisor: AICPE Educational Services Private Limited
  • Franchisee: Approved training partner
  • Student: Enrolled learner
  • User: Any visitor, employer, or associated individual
  • Services: Courses, certification, exams, portal access

🔹 2. ABOUT AICPE

AICPE is a private organization engaged in:

  • Skill development course design
  • Training via franchise network
  • Certification & examination systems

AICPE is not a university and does not operate under any government scheme or funding.

🔹 3. ACCEPTANCE & MODIFICATION

  • Terms apply to all stakeholders
  • AICPE may update Terms anytime
  • Updated Terms become effective immediately

Continued use implies acceptance.

🔹 4. NATURE OF SERVICES

  • Skill-based, non-formal training programs
  • Industry-oriented certification
  • Not equivalent to academic degrees

🔹 5. FRANCHISE GRANT

  • Granted after verification and approval
  • AICPE reserves right to approve/reject/cancel

🔹 6. FRANCHISEE RESPONSIBILITIES

Franchisee shall:

  • Arrange infrastructure, trainers, internet at own cost
  • Conduct training and complete syllabus
  • Manage admissions and student records
  • Ensure data accuracy and photograph verification
  • Conduct examinations via AICPE system

🔹 7. COURSE DELIVERY & CONDUCT

  • Training must follow AICPE syllabus
  • No misleading claims allowed
  • Franchisee responsible for student outcomes

🔹 8. FEES, PAYMENTS & WALLET POLICY

  • Franchisee decides student fees
  • AICPE charges:
    • Examination fees
    • Portal/service fees

⚠️ Important:

  • All payments to AICPE are non-refundable
  • Wallet balance is non-withdrawable and non-refundable
  • Charges may be auto-debited based on service usage
  • Franchisee responsible for taxes

🔹 9. STUDENT DATA & RECORDS

  • Franchisee responsible for:
    • Accurate data submission
    • Photograph verification

Certificates are generated based on submitted data. AICPE is not liable for errors.

🔹 10. CERTIFICATION

  • Issued after successful completion
  • Verification available online

AICPE does not guarantee acceptance by any employer, institution, or government body.

🔹 11. NON-AICPE COURSE USERS

  • Students of non-AICPE courses may access portal features
  • This does NOT imply certification or affiliation

🔹 12. NO JOB OR BUSINESS GUARANTEE

AICPE does not guarantee:

  • Job placement
  • Income
  • Business success

🔹 13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content belongs to AICPE
  • No modification, copying, or misuse allowed

🔹 14. BRAND USAGE

  • Franchisee may use AICPE brand responsibly
  • Misuse may lead to termination

🔹 15. REFUND POLICY

  • AICPE does not provide refunds
  • Franchisee responsible for student refunds

🔹 16. EXAMINATION & MALPRACTICE

  • Exams must be conducted via AICPE system
  • Re-exam allowed at franchisee level

⚠️ Strict Rule:

  • No malpractice or unfair means allowed
  • Violation may lead to:
    • Termination
    • Certificate cancellation
    • Legal action

🔹 17. CERTIFICATE DISPATCH

  • Certificates dispatched to franchisee address
  • Expected timeline: within 15 working days (subject to conditions)
  • Franchisee shall bear postal/logistics charges

🔹 18. SYSTEM ACCESS RIGHTS

AICPE reserves the right to access, monitor, and modify franchisee login, data, or system settings without prior notice for operational, technical, or compliance purposes.

🔹 19. COMMUNICATION CONSENT

AICPE may send:

  • SMS
  • Emails
  • Notifications

Franchisee must obtain student consent.

🔹 20. DATA & SYSTEM LIMITATION

  • Digital systems with backup used

However:

  • No guarantee against data loss
  • Franchisee must maintain backup

🔹 21. INTERNET REQUIREMENT

  • Franchisee must maintain reliable internet connectivity

🔹 22. CONFIDENTIALITY

  • All shared information must remain confidential
  • Disclosure requires written consent

🔹 23. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AICPE’s liability shall not exceed the amount received from franchisee for the specific service.

AICPE not liable for:

  • Indirect losses
  • Student disputes
  • Business damages

🔹 24. INDEMNITY

Franchisee agrees to indemnify AICPE against all claims, losses, or damages arising from:

  • Misrepresentation
  • Operational failure
  • Legal violations

🔹 25. FORCE MAJEURE

AICPE not liable for delays/failures due to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Technical issues

🔹 26. TERMINATION

AICPE may terminate:

  • Without notice in case of violation
  • At its sole discretion

Franchisee must give written/email notice to terminate

If no termination request is received, franchise is deemed active.

🔹 27. SYSTEM OPERATIONS

  • Online exams conducted throughout the year
  • Certificate issued only for enrolled students

🔹 28. FREE SERVICES

  • Some services may be free
  • AICPE may modify/discontinue anytime

🔹 29. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

  • Franchisee must comply with all Indian laws
  • Responsible for licenses, taxes, operations

🔹 30. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes governed under:
Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

  • Arbitration decision final and binding

🔹 31. GOVERNING LAW

  • Laws of India
  • Jurisdiction: Nagpur, Maharashtra

🔹 32. GENERAL DISCLAIMER

AICPE is a self-dependent private organization and does not run any government scheme. It does not guarantee acceptance of its certifications by any organization.

🔹 33. INTERPRETATION CLAUSE

In case of any ambiguity, AICPE’s interpretation shall be final and binding.

🔹 34. ACCEPTANCE

By using AICPE services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms.
